Troubleshooting the BM6000

OLED dim or unresponsive on first use

Plug a USB-C cable into the base of the kit for 5 to 10 minutes. This wakes the battery from shipping mode. Unplug and inhale to draw, and the OLED should respond normally with the live percentage reading.

No vapour on inhale

Check that the silicone airflow plug has been removed from the base. Confirm the refill pack is seated firmly in the kit body. A slower, longer draw will trigger the airflow sensor more reliably than a short sharp pull.

Burnt or harsh taste

Pause for 30 seconds to let fresh e-liquid wick into the QUAQ mesh coil. If the burnt note persists, the pod has reached end of life and the refill pack needs replacing with a fresh one.
