Returning Unwanted Items

• Unwanted items must be returned in unopened, unused, and original condition, including the original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase (excluding E-Liquids).

Returning Faulty Items

• If an item is faulty, you may return it even without the original box. However, if possible, returning it in its box helps us process returns more efficiently.
• All electronic cigarette components have a limited lifespan and may need replacement over time.
• If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
