What does H3 mean on the IVG Pro?

The H3 code on the IVG Pro display points to a short circuit or a coil contact problem. Pull the refill unit out, wipe the battery contacts on the kit body with a dry tissue, and clip the pod back in firmly. If the H3 reading stays, try a fresh refill pack to rule out a faulty coil.

What does E2 mean on the IVG Pro?

The E2 code means the kit cannot read the coil resistance properly, which is almost always a seating issue rather than a fault. Take the refill unit out and check the bottom contacts for moisture or e-liquid residue. Dry them with a tissue and press the unit back in until it clicks fully home.

Flashing H3 on the IVG Pro

A flashing H3 reading usually means the coil has flagged a short during a draw. Stop vaping for 30 seconds, then take the refill unit out and back in once to reset the contact.
